Things you'll want to know. . .

Rooming Arrangements Info Page

Q:  When I log in to my EF account, the 2021 tour does not appear; what should I do?
A:  Contact EF Tours ASAP at:  800-665-5364.  Let them know that you were on a 2020 tour that was rescheduled for 2021, but the 2021 tour doesn't appear on your account.  You won't be able to update your passport information until this is fixed.

Q:
I submitted a copy to O'Neil or Jenkins for the 2020 tour; Why do I need to submit another one?
A:  While several of the original 2020 travelers did submit hard copies of passports, most were not signed, and only a few were color copies.  You MUST sign your passport BEFORE you make your color copy.  If parents/guardians prefer to sign the passport for a minor (anyone under the age of 16) please follow these guidelines.

Q:  How should I submit the color, hard copy of my passport?
A:  Mail the hard copy of your passport to me at Northfield
Northfield High School  |  c/o Brian Jenkins  |  5500 Central Park Blvd.    Denver, CO.  80238

*I strongly suggest folding your passport inside of a blank piece of paper to provide additional security during transit.

Q:  Why does the passport hard copy need to be in color?
A:  It doesn't need to be, but it is best practice.  Should a traveler lose their passport, showing a color copy of the passport to the consulate makes the process of obtaining a new one much faster.

Q:  How do I change my payment option from manual to automatic?
A:  Contact EF Tours at:  800-665-5364

Q:  What happens to previously submitted passports that were in black and white, and/or had no signature?
A:  They will be returned to you if requested by May 1; otherwise they will be shredded using the secured shredder services at Northfield.

Q:  When will I know about rooming preferences?
A:  These are not guaranteed, and are used as a guide for setting up rooming situations in consultation with the tour guide and hotels.  The rooming groups may change between locations based on accommodations available (i.e. you may be in a group of 4 at the first hotel, but a group of 3 at the second). . .review the PDF document at the top of the page for more details.
